Last thread close to 400 comments so wanted to start a new one as we enter game week. Appreciate having a place to talk to Bengals fans even though the Browns haters and losers massively outnumber us on here. It seems us Bengals/Buckeyes fans have saved up all our karma to release this year as both teams could win it all and nobody would be surprised. Here is some Bengals info for the year
- Schedule-AFC North plays the NFC South(Bucs, Saints, Panthers, Falcons) and AFC East(Bills, Pats, Dolphins, Jets) after finishing 1st the Bengals will also be playing the Chiefs and Titans. The 17th game lines up with the Cowboys based on finishing 1st. This is a much more challenging schedule
- Win Total-Bengals win total is 9.5 although it is heavily juiced to the over(meaning it is more expensive to bet over and get the same payout)
- The Bengals are about +170 to win the AFC North and are narrowly behind the Ravens at +145. Ravens are helped a lot by having three games against last place teams while the Bengals play first place teams.
- Super Bowl Odds-Bengals suprisingly low with the 11th best odds at +2000 but all the second tier teams are pretty close.
- MVP odds-Joe Burrow is the 6th favorite at +1300
- Ridiculous end of the season-The schedule sets up where the back half of the season will be a murder. In a row Bengals have @Titans, Chiefs, Browns(with Deshaun,) @Buccaneers, @Patriots, Bills, Ravens. That is just brutal.
- It will be really important to start quickly for the Bengals. The start is Steelers, @Cowboys, @Jets, Dolphins
