The Cleveland Guardians are headed to playoff baseball after winning the American League Central title in convincing fashion, easily besting their 2 main competitors, the Chicago White Sox and the Minnesota Twins.

With those teams closing in on the Guardians lead, Cleveland took matters into their own hands, beating the Twins 7 of the last 8 games, and then sweeping the White Sox in Chicago when Cleveland's lead in the division was down to 3 games. After those series, the AL Central title race was over. It was the Cleveland Guardians who proved they were the best team in the division. 

It's a great day and year to be a Guardians fan!! Playoff baseball is back in Cleveland!!
