Thought the almost two year long Saga came to a close with the NFLPA and NFL reaching a settlement regarding the Comm'rs right to extend punishment following Deshaun Watson's appeal of the verdict rendered by Sue Robinson?

One has to wonder if The Browns and The NFL have what they need to contractually sever all ties with Watson. That may not be what Cleveland's front office wants but the details arent particularly flattering with this case.
