Rate these three in terms of order they will be replaced. I'm adding Brad Larsen to this list because of the high expectations for the Blue Jackets and the slow start. (I for the record think things will turn around with the return of Laine and as the team gels... but I digress.)

Brad Larsen (Blue Jackets)
James Franklin (Penn State)
Kirk Ferentz (Iowa.. and btw.. after his tenure he probably wouldn't be "fired" as much as the team and coach agree he should be "promoted" to a position in the athletic department.)
