This Week in Twitter is a look at some of the week's best and most entertaining tweets from Buckeyeland and beyond.
March has begun, which means the college hoops season is nearing its apex while spring football is just a couple days from beginning in Columbus. NFL draft preparations are underway for a number of Buckeyes, and potential first-round draft picks Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson made a whole lot of noise at the scouting combine this week.
So much so that LeBron James couldn’t help but chime in on social media when Olave ran an unofficial 4.26-second 40-yard dash on Thursday.

Olave’s official time came in a bit slower, as it was adjusted to 4.39 seconds, but his sub 4.4-second speed will surely place the California native among the top wideouts taken in April’s draft.
If there were any doubts about the interest NFL teams have in the former three-star high school recruit, just look at the turnout Olave got during his media scrum at the combine on Wednesday.

But Olave was not the only Buckeye wideout that turned heads at the combine. Garrett Wilson wowed scouts with his 4.38-second 40-yard dash, which is likely to ensure that Ohio State has two receivers taken in the first round of the draft.

Even Patrick Mahomes, who is no stranger to speedy pass-catchers, was impressed by the times that players like Olave and Wilson, among other prospects, ran at the combine.
Indy must have switch the turf or something since i ran on it

On the hardwood, Ohio State transfer center Joey Brunk made a splash this week by pouring in 18 points while putting on a low-post clinic in a blowout win over Michigan State. Brunk’s previous season-high was just six points, and he tripled that total in a surprise performance against the Spartans.

Zed Key, who usually starts at center for the Buckeyes, missed the game with an ankle injury, but was thrilled to see his teammate go off on Thursday. Key even popped into the postgame press conference to ask Brunk a question immediately following the 11-point Ohio State win.
What was going through your mind when you got the ball in the post?

Former Buckeye Mark Titus made sure to let Brunk know his on-court efforts were not the only thing that caught the eye of viewers during his best game as a Buckeye.
Most importantly your hair looked great, shame more people aren't talking about that

Former national player of the year Evan Turner was in attendance for Ohio State’s win over Michigan State, and “The Villain” was impressed by the home crowd at the Schottenstein Center during the Buckeye rout.
The schott was crackin tonight, I missed that place so much!

Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo, however, was not as impressed. The legendary coach said he was “disappointed” in the home environment in Columbus, and said Ohio State’s caliber of play warranted more of a raucous experience at the Schott.
Tom Izzo says he was "disappointed" in the home crowd at the Schott: "The way they were playing, this place should be rocking and packed."

At halftime of the game, the Ohio State football team was recognized for its Rose Bowl win over Utah on Jan. 1, and the Buckeyes’ new assistant coaching hires were announced in front of the home crowd in Columbus.

The Buckeyes will be without one key member of its coaching staff upon the conclusion of the 2021-22 season, as five-year assistant coach Ryan Pedon accepted a head coaching position with Illinois State on Friday. A longtime coworker of Chris Holtmann, Pedon received a public congratulations from the Buckeye head coach on Twitter.
Congratulations to our guy @ryanpedon and to @IllinoisStateU for hiring an outstanding Coach, leader and person. We are thrilled for Ryan, Stephanie and Maddox on this exciting next chapter for their family. https://t.co/EEAokHbJOD
