The Buckeyes can't seem to stop winning tennis championships.
Not to be outdone by the women's tennis team winning its own conference title earlier today, Ohio State men’s tennis followed up the end of the weekend by clinching its 15th straight Big Ten title and 18th overall.

Though the Buckeyes' final two matches of the regular season were unfortunately cancelled due to COVID-19, the men’s team still finished with an impressive six sweeps against seven of their opponents. In fact, the team only surrendered a single point in conference play all season to rival Michigan in a match Ohio State still ultimately won 4-1.
The Big Ten Tournament for men's tennis will take place this Friday in Madison, Wisconsin. The early match between Michigan State and Purdue will determine the first opponent for the top-seeded Buckeyes.
Ohio State currently boasts the No. 2 overall position in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association men's tennis team rankings behind only TCU. Cannon Kingsley and Matej Vocel both ended the season inside the top 10 for singles, while Vocel and Robert Cash ended the regular season as the top-ranked doubles tandem in the country with a record of 29-3.
