This Week in Twitter is a look at some of the week's best and most entertaining tweets from Buckeyeland and beyond.
Since we're all freaking out about Ohio State losing the best recruit in the country for his draft class, now is an excellent time to remind everyone that trying to predict the whims of teens in the weeks and months (and sometimes years) leading up to the biggest decision of their lives up to that point is often a fool's errand.
My advice? Don't believe that a recruiting class exists until they're three years in the NFL. Then you can relax. Until then, consider every kid a potential Nebraska Cornhusker. I promise it'll be better for your sanity.
On the other hand, this is pretty funny!
They said Hartline out here spittin to these recruits https://t.co/eQeCbbyGAk

J.K. is back, and as the progenitor of "El Guapo" for Carlos Hyde I'm slightly pissed that I didn't come up with this one. He's definitely earned it.

One of my favorite things this week is Evan Turner throwing shade at LeBron James (who, I'm guessing, Turner is pretty positive that he could cross-over and dunk on like right now), and then following that up with the most predictable ET tweet of all time. The Villain lives!
If we ever have a bubble championship again then that specific trophy should be named after him https://t.co/K0HChhVbRF

If Bronny doesn't become a Buckeye, I'm blaming you/this tweet

At the end of the day, all the people who want to see me fail, they gotta wake up tomorrow and have the same life they had when they woke up today.
Neat! Thanks, Robert Smith!
Io is the closest moon to the solar system's largest planet, Jupiter. It has no water, but the ground rises as it orbits in "tides" that can be as high as 300 feet! https://t.co/ejXLEMhdhk

Chipotle messed with my wife's order yesterday and I told her that she needs to do exactly this. If they're gonna give you a half scoop of steak, they'd better be prepared to get mean-mugged.
Same here! https://t.co/nweZ14KFAf

One of the most underrated Ohio State traditions, in my humble opinion.

I didn't live in Japan for nearly as long as Rav has, but I just want to add my two cents that while I also did not see anything like this, if I had there's a pretty good chance I would've been forced to wear the costume at some point by an overly zealous coworker. What I'm saying is: I want to see Rav in that thing.
Ive lived in Japan 6 years and not once have seen this but i will for sure let yall know if I do! https://t.co/f9ovHSkTTH

Tributes to Mike Leach
Sad day in sports. RIP Coach Mike Leach
— Larry Grant (@LarryGrant95) December 13, 2022
I think Mike Leach reminded a lot of college football Twitter of ourselves. Curious, disputatious, flawed, law degree they don't use, weighs in on stuff they probably shouldn't, hated Craig James. You really saw the humanity shine through. RIP.
