Chris Holtmann's first full offseason as Ohio State's head coach apparently involves some vacation planning. Well, sort of.
According to a report from Jon Rothstein, Holtmann is set to take his team to Spain this coming August with dates and times yet to be announced. Ohio State took a similar trip to the Bahamas prior to the 2014-15 season under Thad Matta.
Ohio State will take a foreign tour to Spain in August, per a source. Official dates and times are TBD.

These trips usually involve playing All-Star teams from the country of origin and plenty of team building activities, something the Buckeyes could probably use this offseason, with an influx of six new faces to the program in 2018-19.
During the 2014 trip to the Bahamas, Ohio State played a pair of games against the Bahamas All-Stars and the Providence Storm, defeating both teams in blowout fashion. The trip cost more than $200,000, which included lodging, team building activities and more.
