Tate and Williams are not projected to be selected in June's NBA Draft, but with good showings at the lesser of the two combines, they could earn themselves some camp invites.
The two are set to play together in The Basketball Tournament later this summer with Andrew Dakich on Big X, a team that features a number of former Big Ten players.
Other notable names invited to the Professional Basketball Combine include LiAngelo Ball, Johnathan Williams from Gonzaga and LaGerald Vick from Kansas.
