The last Tuesday of November could be especially kind to Ohio State, as Plano, Texas, four-star linebacker Anthony Hines and Kennedale, Texas, linebacker Baron Browning are set to announce their college decisions that day.
While Browning has already scheduled a trip to Columbus for the Nov. 26 game against Michigan, Hines took to Twitter on Tuesday to announce he plans take his official visit for this weekend's tussle with Nebraska.

The 6-foot-2, 222-pound Hines is considered the second-best inside linebacker in the Class of 2017. He narrowed down his more than 90 scholarship offers to Auburn, Florida, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M, TCU and UCLA in late July.
Hines has taken four official visits so far this season to Texas A&M, Penn State, Florida and UCLA, which leaves Ohio State as his last stop.
There was a point in time that the Buckeyes were considered the leader for Hines, but trips to Oklahoma and Texas over the summer, as well as the season-opening visit to A&M, appear to have things trending in a different direction.
