Ohio State sophomore H-back Dontre Wilson will miss substantial time after having surgery on a broken foot Sunday, sources told Eleven Warriors.

Ohio State, however, has not confirmed Wilson's surgery as of Monday afternoon.
Wilson, an integral cog in the Buckeyes’ high-powered offense, suffered the injury in the team's 49-37 toppling of Michigan State Saturday night. He could be sidelined until the bowl season.
The speedster struggled against the Spartans after fumbling an early kickoff return and later dropped a touchdown pass. But Wilson — who seemed off all night — played through the damage and caught two passes for 23 yards and a touchdown.
