One day after his team pummeled Rutgers, 58–0, Ohio State announced a major milestone Sunday night as Urban Meyer became the first head coach to reach 1,000,000 followers on Twitter.
Meyer, who joined Twitter in August 2013 as @OSUCoachMeyer, has led all coaches in followers since shortly after capturing the first College Football Playoff in 2015.
Here's a look at the 10 most-followed coaches on Twitter, which features three coaches – Meyer, Michigan's Jim Harbaugh, and Tennessee's Butch Jones – well ahead of the pack.
