Ohio State hoped to use Saturday's game against Northwestern to get its offensive issues in order. While that didn't exactly happen, the Buckeyes held on for a 24-20 win.
With the game tied at 17-all in the fourth quarter, quarterback J.T. Barrett led a six-play, 63-yard scoring drive to put Ohio State up by seven points. Northwestern had a chance to respond, but a 16-play, 60-yard drive only netted a field goal. The Buckeyes ran out the remaining three minutes left on the clock.
Following the game, Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer and a handful of players spoke to the media. You can check out Meyer's full press conference above, in addition to interviews with Barrett, center Pat Elflein, running back Mike Weber, receiver K.J. Hill, guard Billy Price, defensive tackle Tyquan Lewis, linebacker Chris Worley, offensive coordinator Ed Warinner and defensive coordinator Luke Fickell.
The Buckeyes conclude their two-game home stand next Saturday against Nebraska at 8 p.m. on ABC.
