Although the 2018 NFL draft is still more than eight months away, scouts from the league are already taking an up-close and in-person look at Ohio State's potential prospects.
A total of 14 NFL scouts were at Ohio State on Tuesday to watch the Buckeyes practice, according to the above tweet from Mark Pantoni, Ohio State's director of player personnel.
The Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears, Carolina Panthers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles were among the teams who had representatives in Columbus for Tuesday's practice, as seen in photos posted by Pantoni and by the football team's official account.

Ohio State's potential early-round picks for the 2018 NFL draft include linebacker Jerome Baker, defensive ends Tyquan Lewis and Sam Hubbard, defensive tackle Dre'Mont Jones, cornerback Denzel Ward, center Billy Price and running back Mike Weber, among others.
Ohio State has had eight first-round picks and 19 overall picks, the most among all schools in both categories, between the last two NFL drafts.
