Star-studded recruiting weekend? Check. Home opener? Check. A top-five clash featuring two of the most storied programs in college football history? Check.

Great weather? That, too.

The forecast for tonight's game between No. 5 Oklahoma and No. 2 Ohio State is about as good as it gets when it comes to football weather.

Kickoff, scheduled for shortly after 7:30 p.m. ET, will take place under clear, dry skies and that cool-but-not-cold feeling that accompanies 64º weather.

There's virtually no chance of rain spoiling the home opener for the Buckeyes and wind will be a light 8 mph from the northeast.

The sun will set at 7:52 p.m. with temperatures – and conditions – holding steady until late into the evening when things will dip below 60.

Whatever you offered to the football gods in the offseason worked because tonight is shaping up to be spectacular.
