Following his team's 39-38 win in a four-quarter thriller against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night, former Ohio State and current Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier checked in on Instagram with a video from the hospital as he continues to receive treatment after undergoing spinal surgery on Wednesday.
The Steelers also posted the video, which you can see above, to their official Twitter account.
Michelle Rodriguez, Shazier's fiancée, also posted a video to her Instagram account of Shazier talking to his Steelers teammates on FaceTime after their victory, in which the Steelers clinched the AFC North division title.

While Shazier remains hospitalized, a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter on Sunday morning indicated that the former Ohio State linebacker is "showing gradual improvement" in his recovery after suffering a spinal injury while attempting to make a tackle against the Cincinnati Bengals last Monday night.
