The No. 13 ranked Iowa Hawkeyes lost to FCS school North Dakota State on a last-second field goal. Iowa was leading 21-14 until North Dakota State scored a touchdown with just three minutes left in the fourth. The Bison decided to take a risk and go for two, which failed and gave the Hawkeyes the ball back. Iowa was unable to run out the clock so North Dakota State got one more possession in which they scored a last-second field goal to win the game, 23-21.
