UPDATE (2/26/15, 1:24 .pm.): Nacita has clarified his earlier comments:
And now we wait.
UPDATE (2:35 p.m.): So after a release by Baylor saying Silas Nacita would no longer be with the program, the NCAA has denied banning him:
The NCAA did not declare Silas Nacita ineligible and Baylor has not requested a waiver for him.

And now, this is bizarre...
Have you heard the story about the homeless man turned Baylor running back? Well, the NCAA unsurprisingly turned a feel good story into a feel bad story with an obtuseness that's become a hallmark of the organization.
Here's Silas Nacita in his own words:
I guess the lesson the NCAA wants to instill is that Silas should've chosen to be homeless instead? Not a great look for an organization raking billions of dollars a year, if I must say so myself. Not a good look for Baylor, either:
Baylor's athletic dept generates between $75-90 million annually and there's a student making a decision whether to sleep on the floor?
