A friend is driving his two 12 year old daughters from Wisconsin to Cape Cod, driving a route that skirts northern Ohio.  The Toledo/Sandusky area would be about a 11-12 hour break point in his trip.  He is asking me if there is some place with a state park cabin or whatever else that is kid friendly with something of interest to 12 year old girls?  I haven't lived in Ohio for 30 years, but he thinks I'm an expert because I'm a Buckeye. Can 11W come through for him?  I only know Cedar Point, but haven't been there since the '80s. Thanks!
