Alright grill and griddle masters, I'm wanting to buy my father in-law something new to replace his old propane grill. He's getting older and will want something easy to use and maintain.

Should I go for the Blackstone or stick with a traditional grill? I realize the best answer is BOTH (and why not a smoker, too?), but that's just not an option here. I don't know a ton about the Blackstone, so anyone with experience please give me your pros and cons list.
