If this is true, the NCAA is taking another step to crack down on swagger.

Like the NFL, players will be required to wear full length socks. We will have to wait to see how strictly the NCAA monitors this. Remember in 2015, the "Zeke" rule was suppose to eliminate the crop top; however, it seemed that rule was only ever enforced on him, as numerous players still dawned the look. In addition, no longer can players wear an undershirt that extends past the jersey.
If true, call Parris Campbell the first (of probably many) to express displeasure.

I have a feeling this will receive mixed reviews from fans. Personally, I always liked how the NCAA players dressed, compared to NFL players.
