I stumbled upon this article today and I thought I would share.
While you can quibble about the criteria used and his multipliers, generally he identifies the most valuable current properties of the BIG and who would be considered in the future for admission.
My biggest takeaway is that if Washington and Oregon don't meet the cutoff then no one does. All his other top schools are either not interested (Notre Dame) or unavailable (ACC Schools).
The BIG could be at 16 schools for the foreseeable future.
