Public records requests to UNC reveal conversations between UNC's AD and Delany about the future of UNC.   Delaney is a UNC grad and it has long been rumored that UNC was his white whale for the B10.

The records only show what the AD said about the conversation to his president, but IMHO reading between the lines they imply that UNC wants in, and just is waiting out the GOR
