Wisconsin and Penn State Investing in Winterizing Stadiums for Expanded Playoff

Apologies if it was posted elsewhere. Wisconsin is investing 5.5M while PSU is investing 70M USD in this endeavor.

Should Ohio State consider doing something similar? Would it be worth having Lucas Oil Stadium or Paycor under contract instead?
