D3 hurdler Chad Zallow from Warren JFK, Ohio ran a 13.19 at the New Balance Track & Field Championships. The 13.19 was not a legal time as it exceeded the legal wind limit. Had the time been accepted, it would have been the second fastest time in U S High School History. The All Time Ohio Record, any division is 13.40 by Ted Ginn. Zallow has run a 13:50 plus a 10.55 100 meters.
Last report Zallow's college choices were between Ohio State and Michigan. If Chad Zallow is not running track at OSU next season all involved in the Track program and Athletic Dept at OSU should be run out of town with a rail up their arse. It's long past due that OSU builds a top rate Track & Field program that is a threat to win the B1G and make serious noise in the NCAA yearly. Ohio talent alone is more then enough to accomplish that.
