Here are the highlights:

OSU athletics funded 26 athletes' trips overseas
38 sports internships
600K living alumni
#1 in social media. (Not sure what this means.)
Wants limits on satellite camps. Says primary responsibility is to kids paying to attend on your own campus.
Committed to "one major/major" preseason. Said they move to nine conference games was driven by the increasing cost of OOC games. (I think OSU could pay it, but not the lesser league teams. OSU gave up the opportunity to make an additional $7-8M for the sake of the league.)
Noted fans are changing. Unwilling to show up for laughers. An extra conference game helps mitigate this.
No sign of Urban burnout. Says the year away changed him. Now all the coaches are gone by 7:30 PM. Said the fact Urban doesn't have donor responsibilities is a big advantage over peers.
