Currently 9-12 in conference and in 9th place, should they sweep Purdue this week will only finish right at .500. And even that will mean he has been .500 or below 2 of the last 3 years.

On pace to "maybe" finish in 7th place this year, they were 7th last year, 11th in 2017, 7th in 2015, 8th in 2014. That means a 7th place or worse in the conference in 5 of the last 6 years.

He needs to be gone. I am not asking for national titles, but being in the top 4 of the conference is not a crazy expectation, and to fail at that, 5 of 6 years, you should be fired
