One of the four horsemen of the apocalypse is plague, and now illness is presenting an existential threat to Ohio State's basketball season.
In the wake of the Buckeyes' worst loss of the year to Northwestern, Aaron Bradshaw remains out for Sunday's game against UCLA with an illness. But now two starters, shooting guard John Mobley Jr. and forward Sean Stewart, are questionable with illnesses of their own.
If Stewart is unavailable, freshman Ivan Njegovan will likely start at center on the road. Austin Parks would be the only other available depth option, with Evan Mahaffey and Devin Royal doing their best to contribute in the frontcourt.
As Taison Chatman is long gone for the season and Meechie Johnson Jr. likely is too, the only guard option to replace Mobley is Kansas State transfer Ques Glover. He's shot just 33.7% from the field this year. Starting 3 Micah Parrish could also slide over to shooting guard while Evan Mahaffey fills in on the wing.
Ohio State and UCLA tip off at 3:45 p.m. on CBS.
