So my dad and I have been talking a lot about the season, and when there is any information I pass it on to him.

When I mentioned that there is talk the ACC wants Ohio St and ohio St might be interested considering the way the big ten has handled this whole situation I would not be surprised

Anyways that is not part of the discussion, anyways the talk is regarding recruiting. I see us recruiting more nationally while getting maybe the top 6 players in Ohio and a couple around the Midwest with the rest coming from all over the country. While my dad says we recruit more regionally and that's why it wouldn't make sense to leave the big ten as that is our recruiting footprint.

So do you guys think we recruit more nationally or regionally? Maybe someone could figure out how many recruits from each state over the last several years.

I would do this but I don't have access to a computer at this time and trying to do this on a phone has been less than easy.

OP addendum - No I don't think Ohio St is going to leave the big ten, and that is not the point to the conversation we were having. I apologize if this added confusion to what I was going for.

Anyways that conversation is now done, so I will ask all of you guys, let's say hypothetically Ohio St did switch to the ACC or SEC what impact would that have on recruiting and would it be for the better or worse?
