Chip Kelly’s run game had it all: gap schemes, misdirection, stretch, option, etc. Finally, we could count on seeing tackles blocking down with angles, guards pulling, TEs and RBs leading through and/or kicking out. It was a complete run game. Two 1,000 yard rushers and an effective QB when needed. With the new Run Game Coordinator along with Hartline, will they pick up where Kelly left off? Or will it go back to being predictably zone heavy like it was prior to Kelly?
What Will the Brian Hartline Run Game Look Like?
