For the third time in a week, an Ohio State target has delayed his college decision. This time, it was Texas four-star athlete Peyton Powell.

I mentioned earlier this week in The Hurry Up it was likely given his new offer from Oklahoma (his cousin, Sterling Shepard, went there) and the situation at Ohio State with Urban Meyer. 

Still think he ends up with the Buckeyes, but the Sooners are a real threat — especially if he takes an official visit there this fall.
