I’m watching this 2001 Sugar Bowl between Miami and Florida on ACC Network, and Keiwan Ratliff from Florida got an int and they mentioned he was a freshman from Columbus. I looked him up because I forgot about him and saw he was a consensus All American and SEC defensive player of the year. Granted we won the national championship without him so I’m not totally mad about how things ended up, but I’m wondering why I don’t remember his recruiting story. Anybody remember his recruitment and why he never stayed home?
