For the 2nd ranked class of their respective recruiting cycle, this class has been severely underwhelming. There are some outright stars in Olave and NPF, but overall has not lived up the billing. 
1. NPF (#7, #1 OT) - has absolutely lived up to ranking

2. Taron Vincent (#20, #1 DT) - for the best DT in his class, Vincent has been a bust, injuries or not

3. Tyreke Johnson ( #21, #2 S) - not on team

4. Jaelen Gill (#30, #2 APB) - not on team

5. Tyreke Smith (#34, #2 WDE) - has not broken out as the star we’ve expected him to be

6. Jeremy Ruckert (#37, #2 TE) -underutilized, but I still think he has lived up to his ranking

7. Teradja Mitchell (#44, #2 ILB) - has also not broke out this year as expected. He looks lost out there

8. Tommy Togiai (#55, #3 DT) - NFL

9. Matthew Jones (#68, #1 OC) - a rotational guy on the OL who has found himself a role

10. Josh Proctor - out for season

11. Kamryn Babb - out for season

12. Brian Snead - not on team

13. Tyler Friday - out for season

14. Max Wray - not on team

15. L’Christian Smith - not on team

16. Dallas Gant - not on team

17. Antwaun Jackson - rotational guy on the DL

18. K’Vaughn Pope - career backup who might be getting some PT this season

19. JJB - we’ve been expecting him to break out but hasn’t happened

20. Sevyn Banks - coaches aren’t playing him for some reason??

21. Master Teague - good leader and part of the RB rotation

22. Cameron Brown - one of the best players on our defense this season

23. Matthew Baldwin - not on team

24. Chris Olave - one of the best diamonds in the rough of the past few years

25. Alex Williams - not on team

26. Marcus Hooker - out for season ( or won’t play at all)

So that’s 12/26 players who will make zero impact on the team this season. This class has so far been an absolute bust.
