The Indians, according to Ken Rosenthal of the Athletic and other sources, have acquired left-handed closer Brad Hand from San Diego.
The Indians have reportedly sent catching prospect Francisco Mejia to the Padres in exchange for Hand and fellow reliever Adam Climber.
