According to a report from Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the new rule will allow coaches to challenge a called or non-called pass interference penalty outside of two minutes.
Officials will be responsible for reviewing any called or non-called pass interference penalties in the final two minutes of a game.
According to Stephon Jones, a called OR non-called pass inference penalty can be challenged during the game before two minutes. After 2 minutes, it goes to booth reviews. Big change.
