Maybe from the title one would ask "who would want JR Smith?" That answer is no one , however, the Cavs have a valuable contract with JR Smith as the Cavs could trade him and the opposite team would save $15.5 million as he has the last partially guaranteed contract NBA. And of course this maybe the hottest free agency year since 2014, so such a contract would be quite valuable and multiple teams are going to want to deal with the Cavs by giving up young players and or draft picks. My questions are this, who needs this contract the most (Boston, Miami, Brooklyn, Houston, etc) and who can offer the best deal?  The deadline is June 30, interested in seeing how the Cavs handle this favorable situation...
