I don’t think this forum topic is really all that political and shouldn’t be a split issue between D’s and R’s. 

The NBA, Lebron, and ESPN All in alignment today criticizing freedom of speech and support for Hong Kong. This would not have been an issue at all if the Rockets GM posted about freedom in North Korea or really anywhere else but Hong Kong. Lebron James called the twitter post selfish and endangering the players in a China. If LBJ is so scared for their safety in China why are they going their in the first place? Why is the NBA and ESPN bending over backwards to support China? Are you guys worried about Chinese influence in sports and how it looks like Chinese censorship is creeping into American sports? What are your thoughts? This reeks of greed on their part and is concerning that they are criticizing freedom and supporting a Communistic Dictatorship that puts people in “re-education camps.” I am done supporting the NBA, LBJ, and officially ESPN.
