Have a question about the end of the LSU-Auburn game.  With 2:30 left in the game, LSU was up 3 and Auburn had zero timeouts. LSU had the ball 1st and 10 and got called for holding on the first play.  I thought the clock would not run until the next snap, however, the clock started running on the whistle, allowing LSU to run 25 extra seconds off the clock on 1st down. This now allowed LSU to run out the clock without needing to get a first down.  Shouldn’t the clock have not run until the snap?  If not, this is really dumb and the rule should be changed.  In my opinion, Gus should have the option to stop the clock after the LSU penalty.
