Joe Burrows rookie season obviously didn’t quite go as planned but the Bengals have essentially locked up the #3 pick. They have to win twice in the final 3 games(Steelers, Ravens, Texans) to move out of 3. 

This pick is almost assuredly Penei Sewell, LT from Oregon. He is a near perfect tackle prospect who was dominant as a 19 year old sophomore and is going to play his rookie season at just 20. At 6’6” 330 he is a mauler in the run game and his athleticism allows him to be an elite pass blocker. He has hall of fame potential and pairing him with Burrow, Williams(who will move to RT where he played in college), and Higgins gives the Bengals 4 elite players at premier positions under the age of 25.
