As someone who is not a sports fan, only a football fan, the off season is dark and full of terrors. I recently stumbled upon the fact that football (our kind of football) is evidently played south of the border too - and their season just started.
I just watched my first game and I won't say that the level of play is top tier by any stretch, but it's sort of refreshing to not expect greatness. (Like watching high school games...) And they seem to upload full versions of the games pretty regularly.
I decided randomly to back the Mexico City Mexicas (it's one of my favorite cities in the world). But my allegiance is yet to solidify. Anyone know of former Buckeyes on teams?
Are there other leagues that you'd say are better to watch?
