Ohio State's non-conference basketball schedule has been known for a while. Thursday, the entire slate became set in stone.
The Big Ten released its 2015-16 men's basketball schedules Thursday evening and, as to be expected with one of college basketball's deepest leagues, the Buckeyes' schedule is no easy road.
Ohio State kicks off Big Ten play Wednesday, Dec. 30 with a home game against Minnesota. Other key matchups taking place at the Schottenstein Center are Jan. 31 against Maryland, Feb. 16 against Michigan and Feb. 23 against Michigan State.
The Buckeyes will play key road games at Indiana (Jan. 10), at Maryland (Jan. 16), at Wisconsin (Feb. 4) and at Michigan State (March 5 or 6).
Ohio State plays Maryland, Michigan State, Rutgers, Illinois and Northwestern twice. The Buckeyes will play all other teams once in the 18-game league schedule.
