Chris Holtmann's first season as head coach of the Ohio State basketball program officially began on Wednesday with media day at Value City Arena at the Jerome Schottenstein Center.
Though Hotlmann was unavailable because he's on the road recruiting, returning players Jae'Sean Tate, Andre Wesson, Micah Potter, Kam Williams, Keita Bates-Diop, C.J. Jackson and Joey Lane — as well as Michigan transfer Andrew Dakich — met with reporters following a team photo. Freshmen, meanwhile, are not able to meet with the media until after playing their first game.
