Ohio State's already short bench just got a little shorter.
Associate athletics director Dan Wallenberg announced Saturday morning that freshman forward Kyle Young will not play against William & Mary due to a sprained right ankle.
Freshman Kyle Young of @OhioStateHoops will miss the game today vs. William & Mary with a sprained right ankle. The Buckeyes and Tribe tip at noon on BTN Plus.

Young is coming off his best game as a Buckeye, in which he scored six points and corralled four boards in a career-high 21 minutes played in a 71-62 win over Michigan on Monday.
The Buckeyes are also without sophomore center Micah Potter, who is out indefinitely, also with an ankle injury suffered Nov. 19 against Northeastern. With Potter and Young shelved, Ohio State will continue to lean on freshman forward Kaleb Wesson in the post.
Wesson is averaging 11.7 points and 4.3 rebounds per game this season, and with Young and Potter out, is Ohio State's lone true post player available against William & Mary.
