Michigan's two biggest rivals will be putting their differences aside Saturday for a common purpose.

According to a report from Angelique Chengelis of the Detroit News, both Ohio State and Michigan State will wear specially designed decals during Saturday's game paying tribute to Chad Carr — the grandson of former Michigan coach Lloyd Carr — a 5-year-old boy battling brain cancer

The decals feature the image of a boy flexing and read 'ChadToughFDN.' The report also states the two decals will be each team's respective school colors.

Ohio State athletic director Gene Smith called Michigan interim athletic director Jim Hackett to inform him of the idea, according to the report.

Just last week, coaches of the Buckeyes and Wolverines men's basketball teams paired up to decorate the house of Tammi Carr, Chad's mother.

No. 3 Ohio State hosts the ninth-ranked Spartans 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
