Ezekiel Elliott has yet to log an official NFL carry, but the No. 4 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft is already getting an apartment complex named after him.
According to Steve Brown of The Dallas Morning News, a Dallas development company wanted to bring a new vibe into its latest purchase, so it renamed the Northeast Dallas complex from "The Grove at White Rock" to "The Zeke."
The 282-unit community was built in 1969 and remodeled last year. S2 Capital, the firm that purchased it, plans on adding $5 million in upgrades to facilities that already include "updated interiors, a new pool area, and a fitness and community center."
Rent averaged around $800 a month before the purchase. For those searching for affordable Dallas housing, a full tour can be seen at the complex's website.
