Urban Meyer says it all the time: Ohio State is an offensive line-driven program. It's why the Slobs ride first class to every road game.
And while the offensive line has suffered criticism for its pass protection at times in 2016, it's moving bodies out of the way during the game's biggest moments.
According to the Solid Verbal podcast, Ohio State leads the nation in third-and-short (three yards or less) situations, converting an astonishing 81% of the time.
With clutch numbers like that, it's easy to see why Meyer often elects to go for it on fourth-and-short in enemy territory. He trusts the Slobs to get it done, and they have done just that this year.
