It looks like Malik Harrison is coming back.
The starting linebacker told Bill Rabinowitz of the Columbus Dispatch he is returning for his senior season in 2019 and believes he can become the top linebacker in the country.
Ohio State linebacker Malik Harrison told me in the locker room that he was definitely returning for his senior season. Said he thinks he can become the best linebacker in the country.

Harrison finished the season tied with Jordan Fuller with a team-high 81 tackles along with 8.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and one interception.
