The Buckeye Barbershop is open – but maybe not for long.
Gee Scott Jr. invited teammates C.J. Stroud, TreVeyon Henderson and Dawand Jones on his YouTube channel this week to try their hands at cutting hair – and it went about as well as you'd expect it to.
The first sign of trouble should have come when several of the guys didn't know how to get the guard on the clippers or turn them on, but the brave participants pushed on – probably to their detriment.
Somehow, it went downhill from there.
"I don't know what I'm doing," "oh shit" and "I can't fix this" are certainly not phrases you want to hear from your barber right before you go on vacation, but that's exactly what Dylan got after choosing Stroud to cut his hair.
"I did the best I could, man," Stroud said after his haircut – again, not what you want to hear from your barber. But he did salute Dylan, his victim client, for being a good sport.
The others had their challenges as well – with the exception of Scott, who looked like he could open up his own barbershop tomorrow and do just fine – but among those who had no hair cutting experience, Henderson was deemed the winner.
