Ohio State fans now have another way to interact with Buckeye football players and support them financially.

A group of Ohio State football players have announced the formation of the Columbus NIL Club, a player-led membership community that will allow fans who make a commitment of at least $5 per month to participate in digital events such as meet-and-greets, Q&As and interviews with the Buckeyes.

The Columbus NIL Club has been formed through a partnership with YOKE, which has launched similar NIL clubs for many other college football teams across the country, including Michigan, Georgia and UCLA. YOKE will receive 18% of the revenue generated by the club, while all other proceeds will be split equally among actively participating athletes at the end of each month.

All Ohio State football players have been invited to participate in the club.

While a full list of participating athletes was not immediately available, Buckeye players who participated in Thursday’s announcement on social media include offensive linemen Dawand Jones and Luke Wypler, linebacker Teradja Mitchell, safety Tanner McCalister, tight end Mitch Rossi and defensive tackles Jerron Cage, Mike Hall, Ty Hamilton and Taron Vincent, among others.

According to the club’s website, more than 75 Ohio State football players are expected to participate.

Per the club’s website, fans who commit at least $25 per month to the club will receive a Chase Young jersey while fans who commit at least $100 per month will be invited to a steak dinner with players.
