For the fourth straight year, Ohio State students will receive an exclusive look at a spring football practice.
Ohio State announced Tuesday that it will host Student Appreciation Day at 11:30 a.m. on April 5 at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.

The event, which Urban Meyer started and Ryan Day reinstated in 2022, allows students to watch an Ohio State practice and intrasquad scrimmage. It also provides students the chance to meet the Buckeyes, take pictures with them and receive autographs.
"It's great to see the students out here," Ohio State coach Ryan Day said after Student Appreciation Day in 2023. "It's good for them to see (the team) live and in color. An opportunity like today – you know, during the game, they're up in the stands, a little bit further away, but with this, they kind of get to see how it goes. It's great to see the students out here."
As has been the case for past Student Appreciation Days, Ohio State has organized shuttle buses to pick up students from Archer House and the Ohio Union starting at 10:30 a.m. All students who plan to ride the shuttle and attend the event must have a valid BuckID.
